Child Safety Standards
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Pulse has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Our standards
- Pulse is only for people aged 16 and over. Accounts that belong to anyone younger are removed.
- It is strictly forbidden to post, send, request or link to any content that sexualises minors, to groom or solicit minors, or to use Pulse in any way that endangers children.
- Breaking these rules leads to immediate removal of the content and permanent deletion of the account.
How to report
- In the app: tap Report on the person's profile, chat, story, comment or pin, and choose "Child safety concern".
- By email: pulsesocialmusic@gmail.com — write "Child safety" in the subject.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police right away.
What we do
- We review child-safety reports first and as fast as possible.
- We remove the content, ban the accounts involved and keep the evidence needed by law.
- We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, as required by law.
