Delete your Pulse account

You can delete your Pulse account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Pulse → Settings (the gear) → Account → Delete account, then confirm. It happens right away.

Without the app

Email pulsesocialmusic@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account", and include your @username. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, photo, voice bio and links; your messages and the photos and voice messages in them; your stories and comments; your song pins; parties you host and their chats; your friends list, blocks, location and music history.

What may be kept

Reports made by or about you may be kept for up to 12 months to protect other users and handle abuse, and anything we must keep by law.
